Good Times!

In 37 years in the professional music business, I’ve lived a life most people only dream about, and I wouldn’t trade a single moment of it.

I started as a drummer. Landed a record deal. Lost it. Taught myself guitar, became a singer-songwriter, chased another deal. Lost that one too. Spent time in Las Vegas. Came back. Spent years as a soloist and duo in the NJ bar scene, then gradually found my way into parties, weddings, and celebrations as a singer, bandleader, DJ, MC, or all four at once depending on the night.

Along the way, I built something I’m genuinely proud of: a network of world-class musicians, DJs, and entertainment professionals who share my belief that every event deserves to be extraordinary.

What kept me going through all of it? The same thing that keeps me going today. Music brings people together in a way nothing else can. I’ve watched it happen thousands of times on dance floors, at altars, around dinner tables, in backyards. Every event I’ve been part of has only deepened my belief in what music means to people. To family. To friendship. To the moments that matter most.

That’s why I built EME and why I still personally oversee every single event we do.

“Edgar is very professional and put as at ease preparing for our wedding! We booked a guitarist/singer for our cocktail hour and had so many compliments on him. The song list Edgar provided made it easy for us to pick our songs for the entire hour. Edgar also matched up a DJ/MC for our reception after we talked through our preferences and gave song choices. The DJ had all the guests up and dancing, and it was not a huge dancing crowd. The night would not have been as exciting or fun if we did not have this DJ.
